Job Responsibilities
As a nursing assistant in home care, you meet people with different needs, and no two days are the same. You plan and carry out care services based on each individual's needs and work to create security, participation, and quality of life.
The work includes, among other things:
providing care and support in daily life in the individual's home,
working independently and planning your work shift,
collaborating with colleagues, clients' relatives, and other professionals, including performing delegated health and medical care tasks from licensed personnel,
documenting and following up on services according to current procedures.
The work involves traveling between clients, both in urban and rural areas.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed nursing assistant and who enjoy working close to people. You are confident in your professional role, have good conduct, and see every person as unique. You work independently, take responsibility for your assignment, and at the same time have a knack for collaborating with others.
You are flexible, solution-oriented, and can handle a sometimes high work pace. For you, it is natural to contribute to a good work community where we help and support each other.
Requirements
You are a trained nursing assistant with a professional title.
You have a driver's license (Category B).
You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
You have good digital skills because documentation is a natural part of the work.
You will work varying hours: night shifts and occasional evenings.
Merit Factors
You have experience working in home care or elderly care.
We place great importance on personal suitability.
A record extract from the criminal record register will be requested.
