WORK TASKS Do you want varied and meaningful work where you can use your skills broadly and work close to the patient? With us in municipal primary care, you'll be part of the shift toward Close Care, where we strive to base our approach on each patient's individual needs and create security through continuity and coordination. As a nurse with us, you'll be a fixed point of contact for patients in home healthcare and/or in care and residential facilities. This means you have a central role where you plan, implement, and follow up on healthcare interventions based on each patient's needs. The work is varied and spans everything from advanced home healthcare and medication management to wound care and end-of-life care. You meet patients at different stages and with different needs, which means you get to use all of your competence as a nurse. You work both independently and together with colleagues in a nursing team where you support each other and share experiences. The work takes place in close collaboration with other professions such as care assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, benefits coordinators, and unit managers.
