Background Description ------------------------------------------------ Järvaskolan is a middle school where staff, through their leadership and passion for youth development, work to motivate and inspire students to reach new heights. Beyond school staff, people from the business community, public sector, and civil society organizations are important to the school's role modeling work. A strong sense of community, trust, and shared commitment permeates the entire operation, among staff, students, and their families. We have identified four success factors for our school: - Strong community that builds courage - High expectations and clear requirements - Close collaboration with businesses and civil society - Personal development ------------------------------------------------ We are looking for someone with teacher training for primary/secondary education with certification to teach Spanish in grades 7-9. You can collaborate with other subject teachers and the school's partners to develop and create projects that make teaching relevant and educational. - You have experience and knowledge in managing school IT platforms. - You have high expectations of your students, believe that everyone can succeed, and are prepared to create the conditions necessary for students to develop their abilities and potential. - You have a professional and responsive approach in your interactions with students and guardians while being attentive and patient.
