About the Position As Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for delivery, finances, and personnel in your assignment with one of Stockholm's larger residential housing companies. Through engaged and present leadership, you create motivation in your organization and ensure stable, secure, and quality-assured delivery with high customer satisfaction. In the role, you are responsible for a major customer with a primary focus on residential properties, where you have overall responsibility for delivery, finances, and personnel. You work closely with both the customer and your team and are offered a varied and dynamic day where you combine leadership, technical expertise, and business development. Your main responsibilities will be to: • Lead and develop the site organization and its employees • Have budget, forecast, and profit responsibility • Be responsible for delivery, quality, and customer relations • Drive improvement work and develop the business In the role, you have two group managers reporting directly to you as well as two coordinators. Additionally, you have overall personnel responsibility for approximately 25 employees. You will be based at our head office in Solna. About You We are looking for you as a confident and clear leader who creates engagement and ownership. You are driven to develop both people and business, and you have a structured working approach with a focus on results and quality. You thrive in a role with responsibility, customer contact, and change management, and you have the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. To succeed in the role, we would like to see that you have: • Education as a property engineer, property manager, or equivalent • At least 5 years of industry experience in a leadership role • Experience with personnel responsibility and leading other managers • Experience with results and operations management • Good knowledge of finances (budget, monitoring, forecasting) • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Good IT and computer skills • B driver's license Meritorious • Experience as a technician or specialist in property services • BAS P/U • Knowledge of ABFF/AFF • Leadership training Why You Should Choose Luotea Our customers are public and commercial property owners throughout the country.
