The Infectious Disease Clinic is an exciting department that uniquely allows you to become very broad in your competency, as all patient categories (medicine, surgery, orthopedics, and sometimes pediatrics) are treated with us. We have ongoing training in infectious disease care regarding various infectious diseases. Additionally, we have a specialist nurse available most weekdays to support you in daily work. Working hours are scheduled for day/evening shifts, and you will work 2 of 5 weekends with us. There is also an option to work every other weekend. We work with individualized orientation and mentorship, which means the orientation is adapted to you as a person and that after orientation you will be assigned a mentor.
