Extra Customer Service Agent for Hallandstrafiken
Job Responsibilities The role fundamentally involves providing service to our customers before and after their journeys. This includes selling tickets, informing customers about our travel conditions, and assisting travelers when something goes wrong. In other words, you will be an important part of our customer interaction. You will also work in our customer service where you are the customer's first point of contact via phone and chat. Your main task is to provide correct and up-to-date travel information and answer questions about public transportation. You will work alternately in all of our customer service stores in Varberg, Falkenberg, and Halmstad. Working hours vary and weekend shifts occur. Some work is done independently. As a temporary employee, we cannot guarantee how many assignments or shifts you will receive. However, experience shows that two to three shifts per week is normal. The temporary position will begin with full-time training so you feel confident and secure in your tasks. This requires that during the training period, you can work full-time, Monday-Friday, approximately 4 weeks starting week 16.
