IT Support / IT Technician 2nd Line

We are now recruiting on behalf of our client for a cheerful team member for 1st line support in Umeå who focuses on satisfied customers with great service in a fun environment with good collaboration! Your Tasks You will be part of a cheerful and dedicated team and work with providing excellent support and troubleshooting of the local PC environment for the company's internal staff. Troubleshooting for external customers may also occur. Issues come in via phone or email, but there are also planned tasks such as computer installations within the company's operations in Umeå. Your Profile We believe you have experience from a similar role and that you have good knowledge of the Windows operating system. Since you will be working constantly with customers and many different types of customers, it is a requirement that you enjoy working with people and collaborating with others. It is important that you are a team player who understands both customers' and colleagues' situations. You should have a positive attitude and be good at following procedures. A driver's license is a merit as shorter trips may occur. We place great importance on you having some previous experience in a similar role, but even greater importance on your personality and attitude.
