Unit Manager for LSS Residential Facilities in Southwest

Description Do you have experience working as a manager in LSS/care and health services? Have you worked as a manager in municipal operations? We are now seeking a unit manager for two LSS residential facilities in southwest Gothenburg – Verktumsgatan 20 and Tuppfjätsgatan 16. You will be responsible for approximately 20–25 employees and lead operations for individuals with acquired brain injury and neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD). Following expansion at Tuppfjätsgatan 16 in the fall, the facility will serve 15 residents. We work based on individual resident needs, with a focus on care, rehabilitation, and motivational support.
