About Us
The supported housing facility Trampolinen is organized under the Social Services Department's adult division, which is responsible for services for people with mental disabilities and people with substance abuse issues. The division consists of an authority group and a service delivery group. The division has a well-established service delivery operation with various types of employment activities, residential support, and outpatient treatment.
Trampolinen is our own supported housing facility with 11 places for people with substance abuse issues and comorbidities. Residents at Trampolinen also receive treatment and employment services connected to their placement. These services are provided by other staff within the division. The residence is staffed 24/7 and aims to provide good conditions for those who wish to live a sober and drug-free life.

What Does the Work Involve?
The work focuses on supporting and motivating residents to maintain sobriety and drug-free living, as well as providing educational support for daily activities as preparation for independent living. Other tasks include preparing for move-in/move-out, supporting residents to participate in activities, and attending collaboration meetings with case managers.
You will conduct alcohol/drug tests both regularly and randomly. You will work closely with your supervisor and colleagues, though some independent work occurs. Regular documentation is required, as well as responsibility for developing implementation plans. You will work day, evening, night, weekends, and the position includes on-call night shifts.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking someone with:
Education in social work or other education that the employer deems equivalent
Documented experience working with people with substance abuse issues
Knowledge of comorbidity issues
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
We consider it an advantage if you have:
Experience in residential support work and/or experience working with people with mental disabilities
Experience with documentation in journal systems
Knowledge of relapse prevention conversation methods
Knowledge of psychiatric disabilities
Knowledge of MI (Motivational Interviewing)
As a person, you are good at building relationships, confident in yourself, and have good self-awareness. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts in a constructive and low-key manner. You easily inspire others and are empathetic. You have good judgment and believe that all people have an inherent capacity for development. In this role, you need to be able to make quick and sometimes difficult decisions and maintain consistent behavior patterns. You actively contribute to a good working climate with your colleagues. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities for this position.
More Information About the Application
The position is permanent full-time until September 2027. After that, the position will be reduced to 83%. Start date by agreement. Please submit your application by August 23.
