Job Responsibilities As a preschool teacher, you are part of a work team and are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the instruction offered to children. You collaborate with the team to provide children with fun and educational instruction. You take responsibility for your work, are initiative-taking, and have good structure in your daily routine. A preschool teacher degree is required and you need to have very good Swedish language skills both spoken and written. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
