QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is confident and committed—a nursing assistant or healthcare worker with drive and ambition who wants to help provide users with a secure daily life. We would like to see that you: • Are 18 years or older. • Are a trained healthcare worker or nursing assistant, or have relevant experience (meritable). • Have a genuine interest in working with people and a desire to make a difference for those you help. • Are receptive and have good interpersonal skills with users/care recipients, family members, colleagues, other professionals, and management. • Are responsible, flexible, and willing to learn new things. • Have proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as Swedish is the common working language at the workplace. Many of your work tasks involve receiving instructions and conveying information in a correct and clear manner. You will collaborate and communicate with people from different language backgrounds and are expected to contribute your experience and expertise in a positive and constructive way. • Have good computer skills. • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
