WORK TASKS As one of our employees is going on parental leave, we are now seeking a support assistant on a temporary contract, with great opportunities for continued employment. As a support assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's everyday lives by providing support, creating security, and contributing to improved quality of life for our users. The work suits you if you are flexible, responsible, and enjoy working closely with people. The work includes, among other things: Providing support and guidance in daily living. Supporting users in personal care and hygiene based on individual needs. Helping with meals, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and other household tasks. Motivating and supporting users in social activities, leisure activities, and participation in society. Working to create security, structure, and predictability in everyday life. Managing documentation according to applicable legislation and workplace procedures. Collaborating with colleagues, relatives, healthcare, and other partners. Performing delegated healthcare tasks after training and delegation. Contributing to professional conduct and good cooperation within the work team. We are looking for you who are responsible, flexible, and have a genuine interest in working with people. You can build trusting relationships and have a respectful approach where the individual's self-determination and integrity are always in focus. You will be an important part of the work of creating continuity, security, and good quality in the operations. QUALIFICATIONS Required: Education from a healthcare and social care program, children and leisure program, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Meritorious: Experience working in LSS operations, healthcare and social care, or other work with people in need of support. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as documentation is part of the work tasks. Basic computer skills. Class B driver's license Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, autism, or other neuropsychiatric disabilities. Experience with social documentation and work based on implementation plans. Experience with delegation for medication management or experience with delegated healthcare tasks. You have a positive attitude, good collaboration skills, and can adapt your working methods according to the individual's needs. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
