Job Responsibilities As a service technician, you will work on servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Hammar's products. The work is performed mainly in the workshop in Olsfors, where you will work with both new and used machines as well as customer machines that come in for service and repair. The position can be adapted based on your experience and skills. For certain roles, field service at customer sites is also included, and if you have previous experience, there is an opportunity to take on greater responsibility by supporting the Service Manager with planning and coordination. Examples of job responsibilities: • Service, maintenance, and repair of Hammar side loaders. • Troubleshooting in hydraulics, mechanics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. • Modifications, upgrades, and customer customizations. • Management of warranty, claim, and service matters. • Delivery inspections and functional testing. • Technical support for customers and colleagues. • Documentation of completed work. Background and Personal Qualities We are looking for someone with experience in servicing, maintenance, or repair of construction equipment, heavy vehicles, agricultural machinery, or similar equipment. We would like you to have: • Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical systems. • Ability to read and understand technical drawings. • Good computer skills. • Class B driver's license. • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A forklift license is desirable, as is experience in field service, welding, machine building, technical support, and customer contact.
