You will participate in planning and implementing leisure activities as well as in participants' general daily living. The position also includes overnight on-call duty. Medical Director (MLA) is an exciting position that gives you significant opportunities to drive medical development within Primary Care through dedicated time and space in committees where you can influence the design of our future Primary Care services. Primary Care Berg Bräcke Ragunda consists of Health Centers in Myrviken, Svenstavik, Bräcke, Kälarne, Hammarstrand, and Stugun, as well as branches in Storsjö chapel, Gällö, and Bispgården. The ambulance stations in Svenstavik, Bräcke, and Hammarstrand are also included, though they have their own Medical Directors. You combine the Medical Director role with clinical work at one of the region's health centers. The region has excellent collaboration between different professional categories. We work with high service standards and always keep the patient at the center. You will have a personalized role with your own patient list. This approach increases opportunities for home visits, allowing you to provide reassurance to patients who need it most. The region's health centers are well-functioning units with a rural profile where we work together as a team. DUTIES You are passionate about driving our medical development toward Primary Care. You will be part of developing the health centers through ongoing transformation toward Primary Care and implementation of the Comorbidity Commission's decisions.
