Föreningen Furuboda operates a folk high school, upper secondary school, labor market training programs, residential care facilities, conference services, and an assistance company. Our operations are based at our main facility south of Åhus and at our branches in Kristianstad, Malmö, Lund, and Karlskrona. 3 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking support persons for the Support & Residential unit at Furuboda Folk High School Yngsjö. The work involves providing individually tailored support to participants with various functional variations in all aspects of daily life with the goal of strengthening the individual's own abilities. You will be present both during daytime at school and during mornings, evenings, and weekends at the residential facility. You will participate in planning and implementing leisure activities as well as in participants' general daily living. The position also includes overnight on-call duty. The role also involves working evenings at our upper secondary residential facility. You must therefore submit an extract from the criminal record register. QUALIFICATIONS Nursing assistant education or other education and/or experience deemed equivalent. Post-secondary education is meritorious as is previous work with young people. Experience working within LSS activities is meritorious. We apply low-arousal approaches, motivational conversations, and clear pedagogical methods; experience and training in these areas are meritorious. Dog handling experience is a plus. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Basic computer skills Category B driving license Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. Start date as soon as possible by agreement. Hours by mutual agreement as needed.
