Job Description In the role of specialist, you will engage in close and varied work with case officers, other specialists, and experts in the section. An important part of the role is to drive and support efforts to ensure clear communication from the Service Center to core operations. This includes supporting managers and employees in the unit with questions regarding information, communication, and the Service Center's visual expression. The role involves both strategic and operational work. You will coordinate work, conduct analyses, and create plans for the different departments within the Service Center regarding information needs. Additionally, you will develop and update channel strategies and plan communication activities at the unit and section level. The role includes developing visual expressions and template documents in accordance with the authority's overall graphic profile, as well as creating information materials and graphic materials for the entire unit.
