Your Responsibilities In our work, we base our approach on each individual customer's needs and wishes to provide good and personalized care and support. This is done in close collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. A day with us involves care and support tasks, delegated services, and assistance alongside wonderful colleagues. As a nursing assistant, you perform qualified tasks that are part of nursing assistant work such as medication administration, insulin injections, and dialysis. We use digital solutions to register our services with customers, to document medication administration, and to document in our management system and quality assurance system. We use digital keys for a safe and secure way of working. Our digital solutions in the work mean that you are expected to be able to use both computers, mobile phones, and associated digital tools. We provide and operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Your Qualifications We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant, preferably with experience in elderly care. It is further advantageous if you are familiar with systems such as Intraphone, Life Care, and Appva. Digital tools are used daily and you are expected to be able to learn to navigate the digital systems we use. For this position, you must have the ability to get around by bicycle and possess a B driving license for a manual car. We work all days of the week and you are expected to be able to work every other weekend. Working hours are daytime and evening shifts. As a person, you are accommodating and attentive to those you work with. You have the ability to create trust, security, and engagement among customers, staff, and partners. You need to be engaged and flexible in your work role to thrive and perform good work. You have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and you enjoy working in a role with many points of contact. We expect you to have good conduct toward everyone and to work according to the home care administration's values with the guiding principles of trust, respect, and humility.
