About the role In this role, you work as a consultant at the customer's site and are responsible for ensuring stable and efficient IT operations. You are part of a team that works with both day-to-day management and improvement of the IT environment. Experience with systems administration (Windows and/or Linux) Experience with server operations and infrastructure services Good knowledge of Active Directory or equivalent Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) Experience with ITSM tools and incident management Good skills in Swedish and English Meritorious It is meritorious if you have experience with modern technologies and automated environments.
