About Our Client Our client is an established player in infrastructure and construction who manages complex projects for public clients in the Stockholm area. Do you have several years of experience leading infrastructure projects during the execution phase and thrive where schedule, budget, and quality come together? Then this assignment could be your next step. You will start your employment as a consultant at Miljonbemanning, with the goal of transitioning to direct employment with our client. Your Responsibilities: • Control and monitor schedule and progress during the construction phase • Oversee financial follow-up – budgeting, forecasting, and cost control • Ensure quality through control points, self-inspections, and deviation management • Drive occupational health and safety work (KMA/HSE) • Lead and document construction and coordination meetings – minutes, action lists, and decision support • Manage contract-related work with changes (ÄTA/notifications) and traceable documentation Who Are You? You have 5–10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or construction in a leadership role – as a construction manager, project manager, site manager, production manager, or equivalent. You have worked in the execution phase (implementation/production), not only with design, and you are familiar with public clients and their requirements for control and documentation. You have post-secondary education in construction, infrastructure, civil engineering, or economics – or equivalent knowledge from work experience. You express yourself very well in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have at least good knowledge of English. You are experienced in working structured and digitally in project management, document management, time reporting, and accounting systems. As a person, you are well-organized, self-driven, and confident in making decisions close to the contract and production. You have a natural way of leading meetings, managing multiple interfaces, and ensuring that things are documented and followed up. Merits: • Experience with large or complex projects (in the range of 200–500 MSEK) with many interfaces, urban environments, and tight logistics • Experience with bridges/special structures, concrete-heavy constructions, and/or tunnels/rock work • Practical application of AMA Construction and MER (quantity and cost regulation) • Practical work with AB 04, ABT 06, and/or ABK 09 • BAS-P/BAS-U • Experience with collaboration contracts (partnering) in total or performance contracts • Experience with cost-reimbursable contracts with certificate and logbook review • Concrete Class 1 for concrete/special structure-intensive assignments • Experience with tracks/rail/subway (BEST, station and tunnel environments) Application: This is a full-time assignment with a start date by agreement.
