About the Workplace Forensic Psychiatry Care Stockholm provides forensic psychiatric care for patients from throughout Stockholm County and has approximately 550 employees distributed across two sections, north and south. Your competence and experience For the role as Operations Controller, we are looking for you who have experience with business governance, monitoring, or controller work in the public sector. And experience of: • Working with goal and results-based management • Coordinating business planning and monitoring • Board administration or case management in a politically governed organization. Further, we are looking for you who have: • An academic degree in political science, public administration, economics, law, or other education deemed equivalent • Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish • Very good experience writing and quality assuring decision-making documents. It is meritorious if you have experience working within the City of Stockholm, ILS-web and the city's governance model, municipal operations, internal controls and business development, as well as systems such as Public 360 or similar.
