Resource Manager for Elderly Care
Do you want a management role where no two periods need to look the same—and where your experience truly makes a difference? The Department of Care & Welfare continues to evolve to meet future welfare needs. We are now recruiting a Resource Manager for elderly care—a role for someone who is motivated by variety, development, and the opportunity to contribute where your leadership is needed most. As a Resource Manager, you'll have a unique opportunity to get to know different parts of our elderly care, broaden your experience, and contribute to development across the entire department. You'll use your full expertise as a manager while continuing to develop your own leadership. Your Assignment As a Resource Manager, you step in as interim manager where operational needs exist. You have full management responsibility for the unit you lead, including responsibility for personnel, work environment, finances, quality, and operational development. Assignments vary in both content and length. This gives you the opportunity to meet different operations, employees, and challenges, and to use your leadership in many different contexts. In some assignments, there may be a need to create increased stability, structure, or direction. In others, it's more about managing, developing, and driving the operation forward. You need to quickly understand what the operation needs, prioritize what's most important, and create good conditions for employees to succeed. The role means you don't have a permanent unit or staff group. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your expertise in multiple areas and build a broad understanding of elderly care and the department as a whole. You maintain composure, judgment, and direction even when circumstances change. You can handle different perspectives and situations in a mature and constructive way and have an easy time building trust. You are self-driven, proactive, and action-oriented. You see what needs to be done, prioritize, and drive work forward. You're comfortable making decisions while also being receptive and involving others when needed. You are flexible and curious. Getting to know new operations and people is something you see as an opportunity. You don't need to have all the answers from the start but have the ability to quickly orient yourself and create structure in a new context. You are development-oriented and see opportunities for improvement. You dare to think differently, challenge when needed, and create involvement and responsibility to bring others along in the development. You have a holistic perspective and an unpretentious approach. You see beyond the operation you're currently leading and contribute where your experience and leadership are most valuable. For the right person, this role offers unusually great variety and opportunity for development as a manager. You'll work closely with different parts of elderly care, build a broad network, and contribute your leadership to issues that are important for the entire operation.
