About the Position We are in the midst of an exciting growth journey where we are significantly increasing our investments in the electricity grid. The Planning Group is part of the Planning & Operations unit and plays a central role in planning and prioritizing the investments and maintenance measures needed within our electricity grid. As Group Manager for Planning, you will take on several exciting and developmental tasks, including responsibility for the group's operational mission with both qualitative and quantitative goals. You will lead and motivate a group of approximately 15 employees, consisting of planning engineers. As a group manager you will: Lead the development of working methods for the Planning Group Drive improvements in processes and working methods for Planning operations Implement initiatives to modernize and digitalize the group's work Promote safety work and enable personal skills development for employees Requirements Specification We are looking for someone who has The group works with complex issues at a high technical level, which is why we are looking for you with education in the electrical power field at least at university level or with extensive experience in the field Management experience where you have actively worked on developing employees and teams Experience with operational issues, preferably from the electricity grid sector or similar, is advantageous Experience working in larger organizations, which requires the ability to work in a process-oriented manner Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both written and oral As a person, you are driven by developing both people and working methods. You have the ability to create and implement structure and an understanding of how processes can be improved and developed. You have the ability to build effective teams by promoting dialogue and collaboration within the group and establishing common goals.
