The care and residential facility Prästsjögården has 70 apartments distributed across six units. Prästsjögården is located in the scenic sculpture park in the Umedalsområdet area, approximately 7 km from Umeå city center, which invites outdoor activities in a beautiful environment. Each unit has a large outdoor terrace or balcony that is used as soon as the weather permits.
We are now opening a new department at our facility and look forward to welcoming more nursing assistants to our team for night shift work!
Your Tasks
With a professional approach and good conduct, you will assist our residents in their daily lives. Resident participation and self-determination are in focus, and you contribute to ensuring that services are provided with good quality, according to care decisions and implementation plans. You will be helpful with personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, meals, and other services. Your duties also include documentation of measures and health status, as well as medical tasks based on delegation from the responsible nurse.

You have a patient approach and good conduct in all situations, even when the pace is high or circumstances change rapidly. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Requirements
Trained nursing assistant
Experience working in care and elderly care
Good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written, so you can communicate with residents, relatives, and colleagues, write and access care documentation, and receive medication delegation
Meritorious
Experience with medication delegation
Heavy lifting occurs; lifting aids must be used. Pets (cat) are present at the facility, so you should not have allergies.
