Now you have the opportunity to express your interest in hourly and temporary positions within our operations: social psychiatry, LSS children, and supported housing Novus. Here you will get meaningful, varied, and developmental work where you contribute to creating security and quality of life for those we exist to serve. You can work as: • As a Residential Support Worker in social psychiatry, you work to support people living with mental health challenges in their daily lives with the goal of strengthening their independence, participation, and quality of life. The work takes place primarily in the service user's home or in housing with special support. The role is both practical and relationship-building, where you are an important support in creating structure and security in everyday life. • As a Care Assistant within LSS children, you work with children and young people with various functional variations according to the Act on Support and Service (LSS) and the Social Services Act (SOL). The work takes place in short-term activities or residential settings, and aims to provide children with a safe, stimulating, and meaningful everyday life. • As a Treatment Pedagogue at Novus, you work in a supported housing facility for people 18 years and older that provides support, treatment, and housing for people with harmful use and addiction. Our operations run around the clock, every day of the year. Working hours vary and may include day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. We can offer temporary positions ranging from individual shifts to longer assignments lasting several months. We welcome your expression of interest! QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in working with people. You have a respectful approach, are responsible, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, but it is meritorious if you: • Have education or begun education in healthcare and care, social work, pedagogy, behavioral science, or similar field. • Have experience from similar operations. For work within certain operations, a criminal record check is required. You order the check yourself on the police website. Order in good time, as it can take up to two weeks. The record check is submitted to the recruiting manager in an unopened envelope. Employment form: Fixed-term employment.
