About the Swedish Prison and Probation Service The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is growing – we are building new facilities, renovating, and expanding, and we are now seeking more employees. We are the authority responsible for prisons, probation services, remand facilities, and client transportation. The Transport Department's task is to transport detained persons.
