About the Swedish Prison and Probation Service The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is growing – we are building new facilities, renovating, and expanding, and we are now seeking more employees. The unit also manages department-wide administration and coordination within various operational areas, as well as the entire Swedish Prison and Probation Service's vehicle fleet. The unit currently has approximately 20 employees divided between two sections, strategic and operational business support. We are now seeking a section chief for the operational business support section, positioned at our headquarters in Norrköping. The position allows some degree of remote work by agreement, but you as an applicant are expected to be physically present at the Norrköping office 4-5 days per week. Job Description Change management is underway within TA, which currently involves an expansion of transport capacity, development of internal and external cooperation with clients, and development of our transport planning system. Operations must be conducted efficiently and within allocated budgets, where competence and material resources are used optimally and in good cooperation. The new section is a result of an ambition to improve planning, management, monitoring, and development of TA. The section chief shall, together with the unit head and the section chief for strategic business support, implement the unit's mission. About Villa Höjden Villa Höjden is a newly built and modern elderly care home that was completed in early 2022 and is part of the new residential area Ekebäckshöjd. The facility is close to both Slottsskogen and the Majorna district. The facility has five floors and there are 90 comfortable, spacious and bright apartments. On each floor there are 18 apartments divided into two units plus a shared kitchen and balcony. We have three floors for dementia care and two for somatic (physical) care. On the 7th floor there is a celebration floor with direct access to a fantastic roof terrace with wonderful views. There is also a spa room for foot and hair care with views over Gothenburg harbor entrance, Älvsborgsbron, Karlatornet and more. There is also a large terrace on floor 1, where we hold our celebrations and entertainment, dine, grill and other fun activities. We are a dementia-certified facility, which means that everyone who works here is trained in dementia care and interaction through Vardaga's Dementia Academy. We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14-18 visit us on weekends and holidays.
