Digital Print Operator – Printing Experience Not Required
You don't need to be a printer today. We're looking for someone who wants to become one. For the right person, we offer hands-on training on our machines, materials, and methods. Ride All Day AB produces stickers, decals, and motorcycle graphics under our own brands PrettyGoodStickers and MotoProWorks. All production takes place in our facility on Ringön in Gothenburg, and we're a small but growing team. What we'd like to see is a solid graphic foundation to build on. Digital print operator is a skilled production role where technology, hands-on work, and an eye for the final result come together. You need to understand that color, material, finish, and registration matter. The Job As a print operator, you'll work with the entire production process from finished production order to printed, laminated, and cut product. You will, among other things: prepare jobs for production select, change, and handle materials operate and monitor large format printers laminate and work with digital cutting systems check color, quality, and finished results handle common discrepancies and reprints perform routine cleaning and machine maintenance take responsibility for your production jobs being completed correctly We produce many custom jobs in various formats, materials, and finishes, often in multiple production stages simultaneously. You'll need to maintain an overview and work methodically without compromising quality. The work is hands-on and largely standing. Computers and production systems are used throughout the workflow, and it's a physically demanding job. Who We're Looking For You don't need previous experience as a printer, but you need the right foundation to learn the trade. Background in graphic production, prepress/originals, signage/décor, vinyl application, or similar is particularly relevant. You may also come from other technical production if you have a clear interest in color, materials, and visual final results. This is an operator role—not a position in graphic design. To be a good fit, you'll need above all: Technical understanding and good system familiarity – you're comfortable with machines, processes, and digital production systems. Practical skills – you enjoy active work where you use both your mind and hands. An eye for quality – you notice when color, material, finish, or registration isn't right. Structure and accuracy – you can manage multiple jobs and take responsibility for getting the results right. On-Site Training You'll learn production hands-on through daily work and gain greater independence as you master each step. The goal is that after training, you can run your own production jobs, assess quality, and independently handle the most common discrepancies. Terms Full-time, weekdays and daytime, on-site at Ringön in Gothenburg. Permanent employment beginning with a six-month probationary period. Parallel with this recruitment, we're also looking for an already experienced print operator. Apply Email [email protected] with the subject line "Tryckoperatör". Send your CV and briefly answer: What graphic, technical, or hands-on background do you have? What have you previously worked with where the quality of a physical or visual final result was important? Why do you want to work with print production?
Experienced Digital Print Operator – Large Format
Ride All Day AB produces stickers and decals under our own brands: PrettyGoodStickers, where customers across Europe upload their designs and order from a single sticker onwards, and MotoProWorks, which creates officially licensed graphics for KTM, Husqvarna, and GasGas. Everything is printed in our own facilities on Ringön. Orders come in via the web and move through our entire production workflow: from production file and printing to curing, laminating, cutting, and delivery. What You'll Do A typical day looks like this: the morning order queue is ready in the production system, you rip and nest jobs in Onyx, run them on Epson machines, laminate and cut on Summa cutters, check that each order is complete, and hand off to packing. Materials vary: vinyl in several finishes, laminates, and specialty materials. Who You Are and Formal Requirements You have worked independently with digital large-format production, signage, décor, or equivalent graphic production. You understand RIP workflows, have operated laminators and cutters, and understand how materials, profiles, color settings, and laminates affect the final result. Familiarity with finishing using laminators and cutters (preferably Summa). Very good computer skills and ability to work systematically with digital order workflows.
