DevOps Engineer at Quest Consulting

About the Assignment Quest Consulting is now seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer for an assignment with one of our customers. You will become an important part of a team responsible for development and operations platforms for systems used in mission-critical environments. In this role, you will work closely with developers, architects, and security specialists to develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure platform solutions. The focus is on automation, efficient delivery pipelines, and stable operations. Responsibilities Collaborate with development teams to improve and streamline delivery pipelines. Build, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Operate and further develop container-based platforms. Work with Kubernetes and Docker. Ensure high availability, redundancy, and scalability. Work with monitoring, logging, and observability. Contribute to secure and stable operations of mission-critical systems. Collaborate with technical specialists in development, architecture, and IT security. Requirements Minimum three consecutive years of experience as a DevOps Engineer within the past five years. Experience with DevOps and platform technology. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent. Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Ansible or equivalent. Knowledge of monitoring and logging, such as Prometheus and Grafana. Understanding of IT security in mission-critical systems. Merit Factors Experience from critical infrastructure systems, public sector, or regulated operations. Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift. Experience with high availability, redundancy, and scalable platforms. Experience with automation and observability in larger IT environments.
