Experience We are looking for someone with experience in the construction industry who enjoys practical and varied work. You have solid knowledge of construction and preferably experience with concrete work, reinforcement, and formwork. A professional certificate as a concrete worker is a merit, but we also value those who have acquired equivalent competence through work experience. As a person, you are responsible, thorough, and accustomed to working independently. You have a solution-oriented approach to work and contribute to a positive atmosphere on the job site through professional conduct with both clients and colleagues. Salary and Employment Terms You will be employed under the collective agreement Byggavtalet (Construction Agreement), which includes: - Salary: Hourly wages or performance-based pay depending on the project - Insurance benefits - Reduced working hours - Wellness allowance You will initially be employed for six months. If everything works out and we are satisfied with each other, your employment will be converted to a permanent position. Many of our employees have worked with us for over ten years.
