Work as a Homework Helper in Trollhättan!
Do you want to make a difference? Nearly 20,000 students did not complete compulsory school in Sweden during the 2024/2025 school year. We are now looking for new homework helpers in Trollhättan! We are seeking someone interested in a paid part-time job who also wants to make a concrete social impact. The position is hourly employment in the afternoons/evenings and involves being a homework helper after school at one of our partner schools. You work in a team of three homework helpers, all of whom are university students. You will receive training in and work according to our structured approach. Each homework help group consists of 15 students, and together with your colleagues, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on the work. As a homework helper, you can work either as a regular homework helper or as a substitute. As a regular homework helper, you work 6 hours per week spread over two scheduled afternoons/evenings (opportunities for extra substitute shifts available). Since the job involves working with children, we place great importance on personal suitability. Differences between schools, where you live, where you come from, and what your parents do increasingly determine how likely you are to succeed in school. Stiftelsen Läxhjälpen is a non-profit foundation that operates where it is needed most. Homework Help is free for students, and homework helpers' salaries are financed through support from the business sector and the public sector. Homework Help is a concrete intervention that addresses one of Sweden's biggest problems today - increasingly more young people are not succeeding in school and risk being excluded from society. Carefully selected, paid university students help young people with their studies two evenings a week and are also positive role models and mentors. Since our founding in 2007, we have developed a structured approach and a clear goal - to raise grades and help students advance to upper secondary school. Sales Representative Lomex AI
Sell a product the industry actually needs Full-time · Remote (work from anywhere in Sweden) Construction is one of the largest industries that hasn't truly undergone digitalization. We're building the platform that will change that – specifically for Swedish construction companies – and we're looking for a sales representative who wants to be part of it from the start. In construction projects, roughly a third of work time goes to finding information, clarifying uncertainties, and correcting errors. Lomex AI is built to solve that – project managers get answers to regulatory questions with source citations in seconds, make their project documents searchable, and record building meetings that automatically become meeting minutes and risk analyses. About the role You're joining at an early stage and shaping how we approach the market. You book meetings and drive deals from first conversation to signed contract, selling to construction companies, project management firms, and technical consultants. Everything happens remotely, with close support directly from the founding team. What we offer This is a pure commission role – with unlimited upside for someone who delivers. You work remotely and sell a product that's easy to demonstrate and solves a real problem. And you get the chance to be here early and shape both the role and the company. Who we're looking for You have sales experience from before – whether it's B2B, retail, phone sales, or something else. What matters is that you know what it takes to sell and close deals. You're comfortable working independently toward clear goals, build trust with decision-makers, and don't fear a "no" – you see it as information, not a dead end. You're organized, follow up on what you commit to, and communicate fluently in Swedish both verbally and in writing. How to apply Send your CV and a few lines about why you're a good fit for the role. We review applications on a rolling basis and respond personally to everyone who reaches out.
