Job Responsibilities: As a service technician, you will work very hands-on and the role can be physically demanding. You will work from our office and perform jobs at customer locations. You will be the company's face to the public and serve as the link between customers and our office staff. The job involves considerable driving and may include overnight stays at other locations. Examples of work tasks include: Plan jobs and pack your service vehicle based on work orders assigned by the service manager. Troubleshoot and repair water filters or related equipment at customer sites or in our workshop. Replace existing water filters with new ones or perform new installation of filter equipment. Carry out recurring service agreements for service customers where we maintain their water filter equipment. Chlorinate drinking water wells and associated pipe networks. Perform drinking water sampling tests. Qualifications: No previous work experience in this field is required.
