We are now looking for a business-driven, engaged, and relationship-building store manager with a passion for our nature-close product range for our store in Uppsala! Your role at Granngården: As a store manager at Granngården, your primary tasks are to lead, plan, coordinate, and develop the operations of our stores. You do this by: working in the store in close collaboration with employees having full personnel and profit responsibility for the store being responsible for achieving set financial targets being responsible for making the store attractive to our customers ensuring and being responsible for customer satisfaction working on the development of your employees Qualifications: To succeed in the role of store manager, you should have: previous retail experience 3-4 years of experience in a management position experience running a business operation good knowledge of sales, economics, and marketing experience working toward goals and results Your most important personal qualities are that you are a good leader and entrepreneur. You have the ability to inspire and develop your employees. Creativity, service-oriented approach, and goal-orientation are other important qualities we value.
