About the Role As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll work closely with both technology and business to develop scalable and robust ML solutions. You'll be part of a team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and curiosity are in focus. In this role, you will, among other things: Develop and train machine learning models in Python (e.g., using NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn) Work with feature engineering, data modeling, and statistical analysis Evaluate and optimize model performance through testing and experimentation Build, maintain, and further develop ML pipelines Deploy models to production and ensure stable operation over time Work with MLOps, including CI/CD, model versioning, and automated retraining Expose models via APIs and integrate them into business-critical systems Work with modern technologies such as Azure Machine Learning, vector databases, and embeddings Develop solutions in generative AI, for example RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Collaborate with other developers, data engineers, and stakeholders to create value from data You will work through the entire ML lifecycle – from experimentation and prototyping to production-ready solutions and continuous improvement. We're Looking for You Have at least 3 years of experience in Machine Learning or a similar role Have strong knowledge of Python and ML libraries Have experience developing, testing, and deploying ML models to production Have an understanding of statistics, probability theory, and model validation Have worked with ML pipelines, CI/CD, and MLOps Have experience with cloud services, preferably Azure Are experienced working in teams and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Communicate fluently in Swedish and English Other Information The position is full-time with an initial probationary period of six months.
