You'll be a central and vital part of the team building this new platform (Nutanix) and managing the transition from the existing platform (VMware). You'll develop the technology, working methods, and relationships needed to create a long-term sustainable datacenter platform within the agency. You'll be a source of knowledge for many others who depend on the platform and its services. The role is placed within the Digitalization Department, which develops, delivers, and manages critical systems and digital services. The department is an important enabler for Socialstyrelsen's development and works closely with operations to transform needs and goals into sustainable digital solutions. About You We're looking for someone who is driven, technically analytical, and communicative. We're looking for you with Many years of experience with infrastructure and virtualization in medium to large organizations (+500 servers) including good knowledge of relevant hardware and software Several years of experience with: - Nutanix - VMware - Development and management of backup solutions - Incident and change management Basic knowledge/experience within: - Monitoring solutions/monitoring - Requirements specification in procurement within the field - Networking - Work with automations within IT infrastructure Ability to document and work systematically Very good Swedish in speech and writing Good English in speech and writing At least upper secondary education It is meritorious if you have Nutanix certifications Experience with cloud backup solutions Experience working with NIS2 and other regulatory requirements Experience with security architecture at system level Experience with Zero Trust strategies Experience with microsegmentation Good to Know This is a permanent full-time position based in Stockholm. The position is placed within the Digitalization Department, Technical Platforms unit. You'll work from the office at Västerbroplan in Stockholm. In spring 2027, the agency will move to newly renovated premises in Solna Strand. The position is classified as security-sensitive, and a security vetting with background check will be conducted before an employment decision is made.
