In the role as procurement specialist, you work closely with production, design, and logistics and have an important function in ensuring the material flow to the company's customized solutions. This is a parental leave substitute position for 12 months with good opportunity for extension or employment with Lifts All. You will initially be employed by Asta Agency and work as a consultant at Lifts All. About the Position As a procurement specialist at Lifts All AB, you are responsible for purchasing through the company's business system Monitor. The work includes analyzing purchasing needs, handling supplier requests, updating the supplier register, placing purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, planning purchases, and optimizing inventory levels. You become part of the Supply Chain team which, in addition to this role, consists of a procurement and logistics manager and a warehouse and logistics manager. In the role, you primarily purchase direct materials for production. Since Lifts All largely works with customized solutions, purchases need to be carefully planned and well synchronized with ongoing orders, design, and manufacturing. This means you have many internal contact points, especially with production, design, and logistics, but also ongoing dialogue with suppliers. Contact with suppliers is a natural part of the role and can for example involve supplier requests, follow-up on deliveries, and updating the supplier register. When needed, you can also participate in supplier selection and evaluation of suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery accuracy. Qualifications and Attributes We are looking for someone with previous experience in procurement work and who thrives in an operational role with many contact points. To succeed in this role, we see that you are responsible, structured, and unpretentious. You collaborate easily with others, communicate clearly, and thrive in an environment where procurement, production, design, and logistics work closely together. As a person, you are proactive and have a good ability to create order in your work. You enjoy working in a team, while also taking responsibility for your own tasks and driving them forward. Since there are dogs in the office, you also need to be comfortable in a dog-friendly work environment. Additionally, you have: Previous experience in procurement work. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Meritorious experiences: Experience with the Monitor business system. Technical interest or technical understanding.
