About the Role
We are now recruiting motivated junior sales professionals for our client in the automotive industry, with a start as soon as possible.
The position begins as a trainee, where you'll receive comprehensive training in both sales and the automotive industry. Through internal training programs, hands-on learning, and daily coaching from experienced leaders, you'll get the tools you need to succeed and develop in the role.
As a car sales professional, you'll conduct outbound sales via telephone and play a central role in driving business forward. You'll contact both new and existing customers, identify their needs, and present customized solutions with a focus on quality and long-term customer relationships.
You'll be involved throughout the entire sales process and have the opportunity to work with one of the market's leading car brands.
The position is located at one of our client's facilities in northern Stockholm. Working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday, plus every other weekend.
Your Profile
We're looking for someone at the beginning of their career who has the drive, energy, and motivation to succeed in sales.
To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you:
Are communicative, engaged, and enjoy meeting people
Are goal-oriented, self-driven, and have strong inner motivation
Have an interest in cars (a plus but not required)
Have good computer and phone skills and quickly adapt to new systems
You speak and write Swedish fluently and hold a valid B driver's license.
Application and Start Date
This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. Working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday, with shifts varying between 7–16 and 9–18. You'll receive a secure employment with Starfinder and a consultant manager who will support you throughout your journey toward a successful career. There are very good chances of being recruited directly by the client company.
