You have good technical understanding and are used to helping users with computers, phones, printers, network equipment, installations, and troubleshooting. You have knowledge of the Microsoft environment and feel comfortable with Windows, Active Directory, and basic networking-related questions. A high school diploma with an IT focus or equivalent knowledge is a requirement, while post-secondary IT education is a merit.
