With us, you work closely with the business and operationally, handling the entire recruitment process – from the first client conversation to filling the position. As a recruitment consultant at Jobway, you are responsible for your own assignments and drive the processes from start to finish. The role is varied, fast-paced, and requires both structure and relationship-building skills. The role involves: - Taking responsibility for your own recruitment processes and client assignments - Conducting requirement profile meetings with clients - Compiling requirement profiles, writing job ads, and working continuously on improvements - Actively conducting search and headhunting in both existing and new networks - Conducting phone interviews, candidate selection, and presenting candidates - Maintaining ongoing dialogue, advising, and following up with both clients and candidates throughout the process We offer you: - For the right person, this role represents a central position in a growing company with great opportunities to influence both work methods and development.
