Your Main Areas of Responsibility Take overall responsibility for the management of the Diocese's property portfolio. Represent the Diocese as a client for consultant, contracting, and supplier services. Prepare, monitor, and develop budgets, maintenance plans, and investment proposals. Ensure that properties comply with applicable regulatory requirements. Initiate, lead, and monitor maintenance and development projects. Participate in strategic matters concerning the long-term development of the properties. Prepare and lead the Diocese's building council.
