We offer you: a varied job on the move with a great group of colleagues opportunity to develop within CityMail in the long term proximity to work We are looking for someone who: is at least 18 years old has basic Swedish language skills, spoken and written enjoying physical work is comfortable operating vehicles that you are licensed/certified to drive (bicycle, moped, car) It is a plus if you have a B driving license or moped certification. It is also a plus if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work attitude, and therefore place great importance on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does a typical workday look like? Operations are open on regular business days. Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The workday begins with preparation of that day's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort today's mail and packages. Then delivery takes place within the area. We primarily use electric bicycles during delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, and regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. Once all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administration and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Employment Type This position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and volume, depending on the day and needs. We would like you to be available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To give you the right conditions to succeed, the employment begins with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale applies for both regular and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 (including 12% vacation compensation) which corresponds to 138 kr (excluding 12% vacation compensation).
