The Role As a consulting full stack developer at ORADEV AB, you work on assignments with our customers where you develop secure, dynamic web solutions and API-driven systems. When you're not on assignment, you actively participate in our internal projects — everything from product development and prototypes to improving our own tools, platforms, and methods. You will work with, among other things: Development of modern, dynamic web interfaces Backend services and API design with high security standards Integration with databases and systems with traceability and robustness requirements Secure authentication and authorization (OAuth2, OIDC, MFA, etc.) DevSecOps principles throughout the development chain Internal innovation projects and technical proof-of-concepts Architecture and design decisions in both client and internal projects We are looking for you who have: At least 5 years of experience in systems or web development Experience working in Linux environments Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or similar) Strong knowledge of backend development (Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python) Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases Understanding of secure communication and API design Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps methodology Good knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding Personal Qualities Someone who enjoys juggling multiple tasks A team player who thrives with shared responsibility for delivering high-quality database and system functionality Communicative with excellent communication skills and strong collaboration abilities Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Self-driven, curious, and quality-conscious Someone who thrives representing a consulting company and building long-term customer relationships Requirements Swedish citizenship Passed security clearance (conducted before permanent employment) Very good Swedish language skills in speech and writing Meritorious Experience in security-classified environments Certifications in IT security or cloud platforms Experience in the consulting role within the public sector We offer a 6-month probationary period which thereafter transitions to permanent employment or project-based employment depending on assignments and agreement.

ORADEV AB is growing and is now seeking a skilled Java Developer with approximately five years of experience who wants to work as a consultant on exciting and long-term customer projects. About the Role As a Java Developer at ORADEV AB, you will work on projects with our customers in areas such as finance, industry, public sector, or tech. You will be an important part of the development team and contribute your expertise in systems development, architecture, and problem-solving. When you are between customer projects, you will participate in internal projects where you have the opportunity to contribute to ORADEV's own initiatives, develop new solutions, and strengthen the company's technical offerings. Security Requirements Several of our customer projects require security clearance. You will therefore participate in security-sensitive activities and undergo a security vetting process with background checks and a special interview. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
