About the Position:
An international, active, and well-traveled family in Stockholm is seeking a dedicated and committed nanny-pedagogue who wants to work with their family and their children, ages 7 and 11. The family places great importance on the candidate being organized, self-driven, and responsible, and able to meet the children's needs in a pedagogical manner.
The position is full-time; however, since the children attend school during the day, the focus is primarily on afternoons. During mornings and before picking up the children from school, you are expected to plan and structure the day so that logistics for the children's activities run smoothly. Cooking and homework help are included as part of your responsibilities. It is a merit if you have previously worked in a private household, either as a nanny or au pair. No housekeeping is expected beyond laundering the children's clothes; no cleaning or household tasks unrelated to the children.
In your role as nanny-pedagogue, the family would appreciate a positive, active, and engaged person who can be a good role model and important adult figure for their children, and who can and wants to create a meaningful and harmonious daily life for them.
The position is full-time. The salary they plan to offer reflects the candidate's education and experience.
The family would appreciate if the nanny could consider traveling with the family during school breaks and during the summer.
The expected start date is August or September 2026, but they are willing to wait for the right person with the right qualifications if they have a notice period.
Staff housing is available for a candidate without accommodation in Stockholm.
A driver's license is a requirement to apply for this position.
