About the Position:
An international, active, and well-traveled family in Stockholm is seeking a dedicated and committed nanny-educator to work with their children, ages 7 and 11. The family values a candidate who is organized, self-directed, and responsible and who can meet the children's needs in an educational manner.
The position is full-time, but since the children attend school during the day, planning is primarily focused on afternoons and before picking up the children from school. You will be expected to plan and structure the day so that logistics for the children's activities run smoothly. Meal preparation and homework help are part of the job duties. It is a plus if you have previously worked in a private household, either as a nanny or au pair. No household work is expected beyond laundry for the children's clothes, but no cleaning or household work unrelated to the children.
As a nanny-educator, the family would appreciate a positive, active, and engaged person who can be a good role model and important adult figure for their children and who can and wants to create a meaningful and harmonious daily life for them.
The position is full-time. The salary they plan to offer reflects the candidate's education and experience.
The family would like the nanny to be willing to travel with them during school breaks and during the summer.
The expected start date is August or September 2026, but they are willing to wait for the right person with the right qualifications if they have a notice period.
Employee housing is available for candidates without accommodation in Stockholm.
A driver's license is a requirement to apply for this position.
