About the position:
An international, active, and travel-minded family in Stockholm is seeking a dedicated and committed nanny-educator who wants to work with their children, ages 7 and 11. The family places great importance on the candidate being organized, self-driven, and responsible, and able to meet the children's needs in an educational manner.
The position is full-time; however, since the children are in school during the day, planning is primarily for afternoons, and mornings and before picking up the children from school, you are expected to plan and structure the day so that logistics for the children's activities run smoothly. Cooking and homework help are part of the job responsibilities. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in a private household, either as a nanny or au pair. No housekeeping is expected except laundry for the children's clothes, but no cleaning or household work unrelated to the children.
In the role of nanny-educator, they would appreciate a positive, active, and engaged person who can be a good role model and important adult figure for their children and who can and wants to create a meaningful and harmonious everyday life for them.
The position is full-time. The salary they intend to offer reflects the candidate's education and experience.
The family would like the nanny to be willing to travel with them during school holidays and also during the summer.
The expected start date for the position is August or September 2026, but they are willing to wait for the right person with the right qualifications if they have notice period.
Employee housing is available for a candidate without accommodation in Stockholm.
A driver's license is a requirement to apply for the position.
