About the Role
This is a role for someone who enjoys great independence and appreciates varied work. You will plan your workday yourself, take responsibility for your assignments, and ensure that every customer receives top-class service.
The work consists of both practical facility cleaning work and administrative tasks, which means you need to be well-organized and have good control over planning, documentation, and customer communication.
Responsibilities
Facility cleaning for businesses and commercial clients
Quality assurance of completed work
Planning and administration of your assignments
Customer contact and ongoing feedback
Reporting and documentation
Responsibility for materials, equipment, and adherence to procedures
We Are Looking for Someone Who
Is thorough and has an eye for detail
Is well-organized and enjoys order and planning
Is flexible and enjoys varied workdays
Is self-driven and takes great responsibility
Has a high level of service and professional demeanor
Is solution-oriented and sees opportunities instead of problems
Has good computer skills and feels comfortable with administrative tasks
Holds a B-class driver's license (preferred or required depending on the role setup)
