Right By Me is Hiring: Finance Manager and More

Right By Me, a nonprofit organization, is now seeking a "Finance Manager" for a permanent position at 50-100%. We envision you working 50% as our sole finance professional in a team of 10 employees, supported by an accounting firm that handles bookkeeping and payroll. While you take comprehensive control of our finances at 50%, we also see the role being filled with up to an additional 50% of something else we need, such as HR and organizational development, grant applications and reporting, internal coordination and administration, or something else we can agree on (feel free to suggest!). Perhaps you're looking for a part-time position and we can discuss that as well. However, the core of this role is finance responsibility. On the finance side, you'll support our Executive Director and Board with budgeting, tracking, and forecasting, and ensure we have well-functioning financial management. You'll also ensure we take responsibility for our project-based finances in relation to various funders and government agencies, and toward project managers and staff who carry project finances and need to thrive and develop within them. Many in our team are young former participants in our programs who are now developing further. You need to be able to simplify and explain financial processes/routines and educate the rest of our team. We need to see that you have previous experience with all of this. Furthermore, you'll be an especially strong fit for us if you have specific experience from the nonprofit sector, Giva Sverige's guidelines, and various types of project reporting to funders such as Allmänna Arvsfonden, MUCF, Socialstyrelsen, or similar. We believe you enjoy structure and clear systems, while also having great patience with the fact that we're a small and agile organization that often requires quick pivots, the ability to navigate uncertainty, and creative problem-solving. Application Deadline: August 20, 2026 Position: Finance Manager Employment Type: Permanent Vacation: 25+5 days Position Size: Part-time to Full-time, 50-100% Salary: Approximately 40,000 – 48,000 SEK per month depending on knowledge and experience, the level of responsibility you take on, and how well you match the existing team. Location: Our office in Stockholm (Barnängen, Södermalm). About Us Right By Me is a nonprofit organization working with and for young people with immigrant backgrounds. Through our youth-led programs focused on health (physical and mental), employment, and leadership, we work to enable our target group to drive their own development and actively participate at all levels of societal development. About the Role – What We Know As Finance Manager, you will, among other things: Be the main contact with our accounting firm. Handle ongoing internal financial administration, such as budget reconciliation, management of incoming invoices, and payroll reporting. Take responsibility for completing year-end accounts and auditing the organization's finances and operations. Support project managers with financial administration of projects and with project audits and reporting. Ensure compliance with authorization procedures and the parts of the delegation order that govern financial decisions. Review and further develop routines for financial administration. Support the Executive Director and Board with financial analysis, budgets, actuals, and forecasts. Monitor, analyze, and understand the external environment for opportunities and requirements for how Right By Me manages finances. Serve as an ally (see above about our workplace) for more junior staff members. The remaining 0-50% you can outline and justify in your application: Describe how you'd like that part of the role to look to match you and us – and why. Bring yourself, your strengths, and your ideas – together we'll see what can grow. You Should Have: At least 2 years of experience managing budgets, annual accounts, audits, and ongoing financial administration. Documented experience from nonprofit work, preferably with projects financed by actors such as Allmänna Arvsfonden, MUCF, Socialstyrelsen, or similar. Documented experience working with accounting systems such as Fortnox and with tools such as Google Sheets/Excel. Preferably (desirable) experience working with Giva Sverige's guidelines or similar. Preferably (desirable) experience training others. Understanding of what our vision means and your role and power position in it: "I lead my own development. Young people with the power to drive change for themselves and society at large." About Right By Me as a Workplace We are a testbed for social innovation. The future is shaped with us by questioning the established, showing courage, and embracing failures as part of learning. Our work environment is built on trust, safety, and unwavering belief in young people's power to drive change. We are an organization that harnesses our target group's strength and competence by hiring them and creating career paths. Today we have 8 full-time employees in our office, of whom 5 are young people who have participated in our programs. Each young person is supported by an ally. An ally is not a mentor or guide – they are a door opener and power shifter. Being an ally is not a support function; it is an obligation. The role is clear: to actively use your resources, network, and influence to open doors where young people are otherwise shut out and to secure the financial resources the work requires. To match our workplace, we're looking for someone who: Thrives in our environment of energy, laughter, ideas, innovation focus, and a challenging spirit. Holds many threads together, brings calm, and creates trust. Loves working in a team, close to the work, but is also self-directed and structured, good at taking own initiative and responsibility. Can be somewhat flexible – we're a young and dynamic organization in a transformative world. You yourself can in some way relate to our target group's challenges and opportunities. How to Apply: Welcome to submit your application with a CV and personal letter containing 3 points about why you're the right person for the finance role and approximately 3 points about what you'd fill the remaining 50% with (we'll of course have a dialogue about this if you move forward to the next stage, so don't think this is set in stone). Send your application to [email protected] with the subject line "Finance Manager" by August 20, 2026. NOTE: During weeks 29-32 we only respond to urgent emails due to summer vacation. Full Stack Developer - Antrino Labs

Do you want to be part of one of Sweden's fastest-growing start-ups? Antrino Labs is a vision infrastructure company. We build AI architectures that let cameras understand actions, behavior, and context across time — moving video beyond surveillance into real-time, programmable sensing. Instead of cameras just recording video in the background, they can now perform tasks in real-time: detecting theft, identifying security risks, analyzing flows in stores and industries, and enabling organizations to act immediately when something happens. Video goes from being something reviewed in retrospect to becoming active, real-time decision support. This means that millions of existing cameras, which previously only functioned as passive sensors, can suddenly start working actively for businesses – from retail and logistics to security companies and public environments. Everything is built on a foundation of Privacy by Design, where data protection and GDPR compliance are central parts of the architecture. The goal is to make advanced video analysis both powerful, scalable, and responsible in how data is handled. We just closed our Seed Investment Round which was announced together with Dagens Industri and are scaling up to meet demand. Also, the company is certified through Institution för Strategiska Produkter which makes the company a strategic asset for the Kingdom. Purpose and Goal We are looking for exceptional Fullstack Engineers who want to be part of our journey in automating detection. In this role, you will work across both frontend and backend systems, building the core product experience that allows users to connect cameras, deploy intelligence, and interact with real-time insights from video streams. The role is broad and hands-on, where you will work closely with our engineering team and leadership to develop a scalable, high-performance platform that can support thousands of live video streams and global deployments. You will help shape both the user-facing interfaces and the underlying backend systems, ensuring the platform remains intuitive, fast, and reliable as we expand. Your main areas of responsibility will include: Designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components of our platform Building user-facing features and interfaces that allow customers to interact with video streams, analytics, and system insights Developing and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs that power the platform Collaborating closely with designers and engineers to create intuitive, high-performance product experiences Ensuring the platform remains fast, reliable, and responsive as the number of users, cameras, and data streams grows Writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code while following modern development best practices Participating in system architecture discussions and helping design scalable solutions for complex problems Troubleshooting and resolving bugs, performance issues, and production incidents across the stack Collaborating with DevOps and AI engineers to integrate machine learning systems and real-time data pipelines into the product Continuously improving the developer experience, tooling, and internal workflows to accelerate development and product delivery Contributing to code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team Helping shape the technical direction of the platform as we scale globally and expand the product capabilities Who are we looking for? Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer, preferably working on complex, production-grade applications Solid experience building modern web applications, including both frontend and backend systems Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar Experience designing and building scalable backend services and APIs Familiarity with databases and data modeling (e.g., PostgreSQL or similar) Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure is a plus Understanding of system performance, scalability, and distributed architectures Experience integrating real-time data systems, streaming architectures, or AI-powered services is a strong advantage Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build reliable, maintainable systems Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; Swedish is a plus Personal qualities We believe you are a team player with a strong work ethic, who thrives in a fast-paced environment where you build something from the ground up together. You have a positive attitude towards problem-solving and always deliver high quality in your work, while being curious about how processes can be improved and streamlined. You enjoy solving problems and see opportunities where others see obstacles. In a rapidly growing company, things often change – therefore, you thrive in an environment where initiative, responsibility, and structure are important qualities. You have the ability to work independently, prioritize correctly, and manage several tasks or projects in parallel. With us, you will be part of a culture where we value intellectual curiosity, high pace, and collaboration between technology and business. We build advanced technology but believe in simple, clear ways of working and a team where everyone contributes to the whole. This means we are looking for people who not only want to do their job – but who also want to help build structures, improve processes, and participate in shaping how the company develops going forward. Form of employment: Full-time with an initial probationary period of 6 months Start date: Immediately Location: Stockholm City, Blaiseholmgatan 2A Recruitment Process Our recruitment process is simple and transparent. We review applications continuously and contact candidates we assess to be a good match for the role. The process usually consists of a first conversation where we get to know each other and go through your background and the role in more detail. This is followed by one or two in-depth conversations where we discuss experience, working methods, and how you could contribute to developing our product. In the final stage, we may also ask for references. Our goal is for the process to be efficient, clear, and respectful of your time, while ensuring that both you and we feel it is the right match.
