Senior Project Manager
As Senior Project Manager in Stockholm, you will drive construction projects from contract signing to final inspection with full responsibility for quality, schedule, and budget. You will lead projects in close collaboration with customers, consultants, installers, and subcontractors, and you will be responsible for project monitoring, change orders, procurement, and customer relations. The role encompasses both larger and smaller installation projects within cooling. You have no problem demonstrating your excellent results from your current and previous positions.
It is likely that you have worked in the construction, installation, or HVAC industry and you are accustomed to managing your projects in a structured, professional manner with good profitability. You have consistently created satisfied customers and team members who truly contribute and thrive in your team.
Experience in cooling is a merit but not a requirement. However, it is important that you have good knowledge of construction law such as AB, ABT, and AMA. We assume that you have a valid driver's license and are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
