The work is full-time for the first 2 months, then part-time by agreement with the client.

About the Role:
As Quality Manager, you are responsible for the company's quality management system (QMS) and ensure that operations meet applicable quality and regulatory requirements. The role combines strategic responsibility with operational work and involves many contact points, both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop the company's quality management system (QMS).
• Ensure that quality procedures, SOPs, and documentation are up to date.
• Monitor and implement applicable regulations for dietary supplements and FSMP.
• Handle quality matters with manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and customers.
• Manage complaints and investigate quality deviations.
• Plan and support internal and external audits as well as supplier assessments.
• Ensure traceability, review product documentation and labeling.
• Train the organization on quality and regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with the CEO and external partners on quality and regulatory matters.
Qualifications:
• Academic degree in, for example, food science, pharmacy, nutrition, bioscience, or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in quality work within food, dietary supplements, medical nutrition, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated activities.
• Experience with audits and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
• Experience with HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, or similar quality standards.
• Experience with international suppliers and contract manufacturing.
• Knowledge of products within medical nutrition or FSMP.
