Principal for our preschools in Hässelby/Vällingby We are looking for someone who wants to join an engaged team of principals who are passionate about leading and developing our educational activities. We meet regularly for collegial exchange and learning with children, staff, and education in focus. Förskolorna Framtidsfolket consists of five preschools in Hässelby/Vällingby and two in Hammarbyhöjden. Our activities are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy. The principal responsibilities include: - Pedagogical leadership that creates favorable conditions for children's learning and the opportunity to become their best selves. - Lead systematic quality work through planning, follow-up, and analysis. - Budget and financial responsibility. - Responsibility for leading systematic work environment initiatives. - Management responsibility encompassing staff, professional development, and recruitment. - Collaboration with guardians, staff, and external partners. We are looking for someone who has - Principal education - Preschool teacher certification - Experience working as a principal - Experience with financial and budget work. - Well-developed digital competence; Word and Excel. Experience using payroll and financial tracking systems. - Strong ability to express yourself verbally and in writing. This is a permanent position at 100% with start date by agreement.
