Your Role We are now seeking nursing assistants for the night shift who want to help our customers live in their own homes with security, continuity, and dignity. The work should be characterized by care, quality, and a professional approach. The role includes performing care and service tasks in the customer's home and maintaining responsibility. Social documentation is a central part of the work and we have high demands for accuracy, structure, and compliance with applicable regulations. We are also seeking employees for extra work as needed. Hemstyrkan operates all days of the year. As a nursing assistant with us, you work to enable our customers to live in their own homes with security, dignity, and quality. Your work should be characterized by care, professionalism, and presence. We are also seeking staff for extra work as needed. We operate 365 days a year. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant with a professional approach to the profession and to customer interactions. The position requires: • Protected professional title as nursing assistant issued by the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare • Manual Category B driver's license and driving experience • Good ability to meet people in different life situations in a professional, respectful, and empathetic manner • Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and see the whole picture of the assignment • Stability and stress resilience, with the ability to handle varying work days • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Basic knowledge of cooking and household management Experience in home care or similar operations is meritable but not required.
